Remember that if your vehicle has been involved in an accident, we will not release your vehicle until you (the owner) authorize us to. If you have other questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us. You may only be involved in one accident in your life, it is part of our daily experience. We are here to help.

If you are unable to obtain the value of your vehicle, we do recycle vehicles at our facility. Most cars are used in firefighter and emergency crew training (practicing using jaws of life, etc.), then recycled. We need the following:

1) Clear up any charges you might have with us.
2) Sign your title under "Seller"
3) Obtain any lein releases necessary if there is a leinholder listed on your title
4) Bring the keys, title, and lein release to us.

**Always be sure to take your license plates when you are cleaning out your personal belongings!
