  • Please be aware that this is a courtesy we provide in which we expect the same courtesy be displayed when using the vehicle. Your consideration and cleanliness is appreciated.
  • As with any vehicle, situations may arise that may require our involvement in the use of the vehicle, whether a breakdown, lockout, or accident. Her are some basic guidlines if any of those situations may occur:
    • BREAKDOWN: If the car dies, will not start, or if any dash lights come on, please call use immediately at 648-8115 or 800-779-8115. You can expect us to advise you from there which actions will faollow. If the car dies or will not start, you can expect that we will be towing the vehicle to our shop and will try to arrange for an alternative vehicle for your use.
    • LOCKOUT: If you would happen to lock your keys in the car, please call us at 648-8115 or 800-779-8115 so that we may come and unlock the car or arrange for the service to be provided.
    • ACCIDENT:
      • If there is any personal injury (if anyone is hurt), immediately call 911.
      • If you are in an accident, it is the law in Wisconsin that you are required to report any accidents resulting in damage over $1000 to the local law enforcement. Either way, please call us at 648-8115 or 800-779-8115 to let us know so that we may handle the situation.
      • Take care not to apologize in any situation or to say sorry in any way. This could indirectly be a way to assume responsibility for the accident. Doing so can make it difficult for our insurance company to represent us.
