They know how to run a business professionally, and are very personable, accommodating, genuine, understanding, communicative, dedicated, etc. I have always and will always have them service my car and give them my business. I am also impressed at their invoicing-very detailed even with photos of the parts being repaired/replaced. They have a few loaner vehicles, which is rare so that is convenient! I am so thankful for their service!

I had an exceptional experience last week… I really can’t overstate what a high quality impression was left. I called last Friday morning for assistance with removing a bird carcass from behind the grill of my vehicle (newer model import). By about 4pm the same day I was driving away bird-free at zero cost. The interactions on phone and in person were simple and professional. The waiting space and facility in general is thoughtful, clean and quiet. I was very pleased at how polite and helpful all the Service personnel were throughout the course of my vehicle's repair. Their thorough step-by-step analysis of my vehicle's maintenance evaluation was very impressive. I selected the maintenance that I wanted them to perform, and they quickly and professionally completed the job. The latest computer technology, which they use extensively, allows the customer to easily understand both their service recommendations and billing estimates.
