Absolutely trustworthy! These folks are top-notch and have always taken care of me and my vehicle. Man, that Jake - he is seriously someone I appreciate very much. Very upfront about ensuring you won't be paying for unnecessary service. Their process of taking photos and providing "more than enough" details about services via text is outstanding. Very affordable pricing and I say that because of how honest and real they are about what they do. Where ever I am in Wisconsin, I will take my vehicle to this shop. Sam - is a gem and definitely a wonderful mechanic. They are all wonderful mechanics and know their sh*t (pardon my language... actually no I don't apologize because it's FACTS). I can't begin to express my sincerest appreciation for this shop as I've gone to several and have not had a great experience. As I would advise anyone, DO your research on what they provide you with to ensure you feel confident about the service and of course, it never hurts to be educated on the needs of your vehicle. It makes communicating with them easier and shows you care about your vehicle. They are legit and I've never felt like I was taken advantage of. 10000000000% recommend them! Keep being awesome!

I really appreciate how Topels will pick up and return my car when they perform maintenance on my vehicle. They also do a great job with customer service and keeping me informed about anything they notice with my car, which they have serviced for more than 15 years.

Topels is the best car repair place I have been to in Wisconsin. They are professional and are very nice people. They explain things very thoroughly and in ways anyone can understand. They are very honest and go above and beyond to get things right and done in a timely fashion. They made my whole experience very easy and were able to accommodate my life around getting my vehicle taken care of. It was so easy in the beginning that I thought there would be a catch eventually, but there never was. Just wonderful service and amazing people!! I would recommend this place to anyone. Even if the drive to get there is out of the way (45 min for me) I would drive there every time. Thank you Topels, you truly are an amazing business!
