Dan towed my truck back from DeKalb, IL after the transmission failed on one of the coldest days of the winter. Ellie did an awesome job communicating and keeping me informed of the status of my truck during repairs. As a first time customer I was very pleased with the service I received.

Everyone at Topel's is incredibly kind, helpful, and professional. They were willing to tow my vehicle to the dealership in Madison on a busy day after a big snowstorm, but when I learned that they have a full service repair shop in Lake Mills, I decided to send it to them instead; I am certain that they repaired my vehicle much quicker than the Audi dealership would have. Ellen worked tirelessly with my insurance and communicated with me on a daily basis via phone calls and texts. As soon as the insurance approval came through, they completed the repair on my vehicle immediately. They even dropped a loaner vehicle off in my driveway for me. They exceeded every expectation I had, and I cannot think of a single thing they could have done differently or better. When I picked up my vehicle, there were cookies on the front seat!

Topel's is so easy to work with. We have one car and one driver, so Topel's came pick up our car, service it, and brought it back. No contact service, no going out in the cold, no waiting while it is serviced. They provide an all around check on the vehicle and advise via text of any possible problem issues they see and what the additional cost of the repair would be. YOU choose what you want them to fix or tell them no thank you. Topel's is a top notch, reliable Service Center.
