I live out of state and Topel's has been more than accommodating working on two vehicles in Lake Mills. One vehicle needed to be sold and Topel's handled the advertising, negotiating and selling the vehicle and got higher than Blue Book! Topel's always contacted me prior to doing any work to get my approval.

Very informative on repair status

I had a flat tire in the interstate. Jay was there in less than 30 mins. He was friendly and reminded me to turn in my receipt to my insurance. After I got home I put a quote in late sunday evening. Not only did Tara get back to me right away, she got 4 new tires ordered for me to have installed by Tuesday. I would recommend them to anyone. The whole staff is amazing.

Tara & the crew at Topel's are absolutely the best! I drive from Madison to get my 2013 Chevy Cruze serviced by them! While I wished they were closer to home, they are always accommodating with a loner car. Their loner cars often have 250k+ miles on them and run smoothly.
