Very helpful staff and discuss every thing that may need to be serviced. They issued a report of their findings and sent a copy to my email showing what was done and anything that may need attention in the next visit.

Eric went above and beyond to help me My car was Making a weird noise and I was leaving for Minneapolis the next day. He squeezed me and and not only diagnose it but was able to fix with short notice. We will be seeing more of Eric in the future. Excellent service kind friendly people

Topel's got us right in for an oil change. I liked that they told us of things that we might want to fix in the near future and allowed us to schedule that service or decline right on line. Good service, done timely and done right.

Thank you for your time on the phone this morning to discuss your concern, Jeff. As I mentioned, the tire repair that was performed was for an inside plug patch to ensure not having further problems which did require removing the tire from the rim. We do appreciate the opportunity to serve you. We will be sure to review the wording on our invoices to be sure our clients know what they are receiving for what they pay for.

This was an easy visit for an oil change, and Topel's didn't disappoint. They are using new, cutting-edge technology that allows them to text customers when their vehicles are completed, and the service was quick and efficient.

I live out of state and Topel's has been more than accommodating working on two vehicles in Lake Mills. One vehicle needed to be sold and Topel's handled the advertising, negotiating and selling the vehicle and got higher than Blue Book! Topel's always contacted me prior to doing any work to get my approval.
