PTO replacement, belt replacement, transmission flush, and differential flush

This is the eighth car we have owned which means I have been in many service centers. As a woman I used to dread taking my car in as I would experience the same thing. A service rider would talk down to me and half way through my wait a tech would show up and say I needed additional work on some part. I would wonder about that as it seemed to happen to each customer. What impressed me with this second service visit to Topel's were the pictures included in my final bill. They actually showed the state of my air filter and the fluids they examined along with the information as to what needed to be addressed.. The courtesy walk around, battery test are all things I have never experienced before in any service center. Thank you.

They were amazing, I would guess it it was probably the busiest towing days of the year, Christmas Eve, 2 degrees, 30 below wind chill and no response from my roadside assistance, Topels was there quickly and kept me informed and updated throughout the holiday weekend through final repairs with calls,texts and pics, so very impressed with their business practice and ethics . Can’t thank them enough for how helpful they were, but thank you Topels.
