Well our summer road trip could have taken a really bad turn for the worse without Topels. We’ve traveled from Virginia to Wisconsin when our transmission gave out. The entire crew at Topels from ownership, technicians to customer support were outstanding. The communication was prompt and transparent. The work was professional and well done and our vacation was saved by the car being ready before it was initially scheduled. I cannot thank you all enough.

Our car died in Wisconsin, we’ve traveled from D.C. to get some family time away from the pandemic. It was a big problem and the odds of finding a shop with the expertise and schedule to get the repair done seemed slim. The Topels crew was great from the first phone call, they provided a tow, a loaner vehicle and constant communication that turned a possible disaster into a small inconvenience. Excellent service from beginning to end. While they weren't able to perform the repairs on my vehicle due to manufacturer regulations, they took it upon themselves to make arrangements with the a dealership and didn't leave me to deal with it. They were kind, courteous, professional and helpful. This was my first experience with Topel's but I will be a returning customer. I need a new engine so I'm hopeful I won't be needing their services anytime soon!
