Topel’s is the first auto repair facility that, as a woman, by repairs my car needs. I no longer have anxiety regarding taking my car in for repairs, only to be told that I need to do 18 unnecessary repairs. It really is a relief to be able to trust Topel’s staff and also trust that their mechanics will do the repairs correctly and That I won’t be returning in a few weeks for the same issue. I also love that the Owner, Tara, promotes breast cancer awareness through the month of October by participating in Brakes for Breasts. Love these guys!

Ladies, if you're in a jam and in the Lake Mills area, Topel's is the place to stop for help. I found myself hundreds of miles from my destination with a bolt in my driver's side rear tire. I called a friend who directed me to Topel's Towing and Service. Tara came out to the vehicle with me, took a look and got me squared away much faster than I ever expected. Fairly priced, clean, honest, and most importantly kind. As a woman, it's not easy just walking into a shop and getting the help we need when we need it without a bunch of rigmarole, hassle, judgement or attitude. This whole situation was so much different than what I've experienced in the past with other shops, it honestly blew my mind and was such a relief. They took an already stressful sleep deprived day that had gotten significantly worse, turned it right around and got me back on the road. This place is different. If you're tired of dealing with all the stress and negativity that is often involved with vehicle repair, give this place a shot. I'm truly thankful for their service.

Our son recently ran into trouble with his 2015 Hyundai Sonata in Washington state. We decided the best solution was to tow the car 2,000 miles and bring it to Topel's to figure out what was needed to get it running again. This is the third vehicle we have brought to Topel's. We trust them completely to take good care of our vehicles.

I am manager of transportation for St Coletta of WI. We have 93 vehicles in our fleet and frequently need emergency towing, complex repairs, quick turnarounds, and high quality service. We get it all with Topel's Service. Just during 2023, we've required several emergency tows at very inconvenient times for most towing services. Topel's has been responsive every time, providing fast, friendly, professional service. At times we will have several vehicles in for repair at the same time. Topel's will work with us to ensure the most important work is done first and keeps us totally informed of the progress of each repair. When taken to Topel's, each vehicle is thoroughly inspected and we are given comprehensive documentation, including photos, of each needed repair, including the cost of each repair. Upon approval by us, repairs are performed very professionally and timely. As a fleet operator, this level of service is mandatory, but extremely difficult to find.
