Prompt and courteous service when having my winter tires mounted. The staff pointed out some additional issues on my vehicle that would need to be fixed and as a shade tree mechanic I know what they were telling me was true and weren’t just trying to upsell me. Highly recommend and the new shop is great.

My truck ran fine when I took my kids to school, but would not start again a short time later. Dan responded less than an hour after my call, got it on the flatbed right away (which was not easy since it's a Ram and doesn't pop into neutral) and I rode with him to a repair shop near my workplace. He was friendly and professional. Hope I don't need a tow again too soon, but if the unexpected happens, Topel's will be our first call!

My 2015 Encore broke down on interstate 94 in the rain. A friend suggested I call Topels in Lake Mills. Dave responded almost right away and what a relief. Eric was awesome in doing a complete car inspection and texting me with the numerous repairs. It was overwhelming but with Eric's guidance , Topels fixed the most important issues to get my Encore back on the road. I ended up making a future appointment and honestly I am very impressed with Topels entire staff .....they are all very friendly and very knowledgeable. I would absolutely recommend Topels!
